Located 230km South West of Darwin surrounded by vast wetlands and dense tropical rainforest, the Daly River is home to some of the best Barramundi Fishing in the Top End. When you fish the Daly you are guaranteed an adrenalin rush that will leave you with an experience many fishermen will envy. Whether it's casting rubber jigs or flicking a fly, the Daly is sure to impress.
The River itself is tidal and home to both freshwater and saltwater crocodiles, abundant birdlife and of course a plentiful source of Barramundi. During the run-off season (March - June) when the waters from the Billabongs recede, there is an abundance of Barramundi gorging on the bait fish flowing back into the river systems and catches of 20+ fish a day are a common occurrence!
We have the prime location when it comes to Barra base's in the Top End. Situated in the picturesque Banyan Farm Tourist Park and boasting features such as permanent pontoon mooring for easy access, self-contained fully serviced cabins and a swimming pool to relax after a day of fishing.
